Construction of the new innercity, eye catching building called "Augustinerhöfe"  located in immediate vicinity to the historic part of nuremberg, just two minutes walkway to the beautiful fountain.
The Building ensemble consists a first class hotel and a branch of the german Museum.

My scope was the preparation of the tender documents and the related key Details (about 100)
