The Company MaurerSöhne is the leading supplier of bridge bearings.
I has been asked by them to design the to be replace facade ot the existing HQ in Munic.

My Scope was consultancy, preparing of tender documents and key Details, contract negotiation, plan release, QC on site, attendance of the acceptance of work and controlling of the remedy.   

The challenge refer to the BIP facade was to get the official approval for the facade without express permission by the "german building supervisory authority".
We got this by working out the gaps and the possibilities of the german norms.
